If you don’t like the product, you can return it by paying the delivery charge.
If the size doesn’t fit, simply receive the product first and message us. We’ll send you another size, and you’ll only need to pay the exchange delivery charge (delivery charge + 50% of the delivery charge).

Yes, you can cancel or update your order before it’s shipped by messaging us directly on our social media pages or contacting our support team.
When will I get my order?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 days, both inside and outside Dhaka.

All Dudos products are proudly made in Bangladesh, using high-quality garments and materials.

Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

Should we wash the product after we get the delivery?
Yes, we recommend giving it a quick wash before wearing — it helps soften the fabric even more and removes any light factory or packaging scent, making your first wear feel extra fresh and comfortable.
How should we wash high GSM products?
It’s best not to use a washing machine for our high GSM products. Instead, wash them gently by hand. These fabrics are thick and premium — manual washing helps preserve the structure, color, and softness for a much longer time.
How to maintain high GSM or fleece fabric products?
Use a lint remover to keep your hoodie or jogger looking smooth and new. Fleece or heavy GSM fabric can sometimes catch tiny lint or fibers — regular lint removal keeps it clean, fresh, and just as soft as day one.
